All file transfers between your computer and Jotta are encrypted with 256 bits AES SSL encryption. (Secure Socket Layer), the same technology used by banks around the world. This way we make sure that no one can read you files as they are transferred to Jotta.

Secure Storage

Jotta' storage technology is based on Security, Scalability and Efficiency. We store every file on multiple servers for maximum redundancy and availability. Even when we are doing maintenance your files are available.

Jotta does not monitor user files.

Secure Datacenter

Our datacenter is ISO 9001:2000 certified. Our focus is on security, uptime and redundant solutions and quality in every aspect.

Our servers are always monitored by onsite security personnel. (We take security very seriously.)

Your data is stored in Norway. Norway is well suited for storing online data with its stable geophysical and political climate.
